This place through out our decreased father's personal belonging without contacting his family within 2 weeks. The care he received was okay at best This is not a place I would want for any of my loved ones!

Some good staff....bad company

Lafayette Center has violated resident and staff rights repeatedly. My prior review vanished. I have a pile of physical evidence that shows Genesis and its employees exposed staff and residents to health and safety risks. Documentation shows even after reported they refused to correct the issues. I have a nice voice recording of the Adminstrator requesting staff not to report these issus. I...

This little nursing home had nice, friendly staff when my father was sick and dying. He was young, only 49, but then Northern NH didn't off...
