We both really enjoyed our massages at Genesis Day Spa. The location is fantastic and the new owners give great massages. We found the staff courteous and well trained on listening to the massage we wanted - not the massage they wanted to give us.

We would both highly recommend Genesis Day Spa

Wonderful, warm and inviting spa!!!
My family and I went to Ogunquit on vacation and my husband and I went to Genesis for a couples massage and then I received a facial.
The owners were very friendly, staff was very accommodating (switching our appointment at the last minute) and the spa was very warm and inviting.
We originally went to Your Body Works for an appointment but it was dark, dirty and smelled musty so we immediately left and headed over after we got a recommendation from a shop keeper near by.

The positive reviews of Genesis are all old and for the previous ownership. The new owner's who just took over in May 2012 are nice, but I have had a number of massages there and have not found a great massage therapist yet. The prices have gone up and the new owners are not honoring previously purchased gift certificates that were bought on line. That means that those of us who bought gift certificates for family and friends last Christmas for use this summer, are loosing out on those purchases.
