Absolutely fantastic. Gary was at my house within 2 hours. Customer service was awesome. Instead of waiting weeks for a part with my freeze at half efficiency, because Gary specializes in only refrigerators/freezers he had the part (a motor for my LG fridge) with him and was out the door within an hour. Gary was great: when he heard our freezer temperature was way above normal he came within a few hours -- after calling his afternoon appointments to ask if he could come later! Now that's service!
