I came here at 9PM with a couple of friends to smoke some hookah. It was so empty that it made me feel awkward. They do not allow hookah in the restaurant before 10PM so we had to be seated outside. But when I did walk inside, it was empty on a Fri night.On the outside patio, it was just as awkward …
