This is definitely not a five star jeep dealership. I am a regular Gary Barbara customer but they were booked so I tried Gegnas Chrysler and was disappointed.
My jeep was in the service dept for over two days and all it needed was a new battery. After having the jeep for two days, they had the audacity to charge me labor for investigating my complaint, then finding out what was wrong with the jeep and then replacing the battery.
