In my experience the Geek Squad hasnt lived up to its hype.
Back in the day they were a manageable group of educated people who provided quality services to consumers and who well deserved their respect.
Now a days, the geek squad has become a massive flock of young people who, unfortunately, lack the training and edcuation required to be responsible for repairs on expensive computers.
Granted, their work on home theater systems and televisions may be up to par but I havent turned to them for help in that field - only for computer repairs.
