They do not explain their financial policies regarding mandatory attendance and both groups and therapy. When I called to cancel a therapy session (explaining that I could not afford it), I received a rude phone call explaining that they could not treat me any longer. When they started to give me advice that seemed biased, I began to doubt their motives. I didn't trust that they were giving me advice that would genuinely help me instead they were more interested in their pocketbooks!
