Witnessed horrible drive from Smart Car

I have witnessed more than once the poor driving habits of the driver in this Smart Car.  The most recent was a week or so before the incident in the turn lane happened, I witnessed the driver of this Smart car speeding down the feeder road, tailgating cars, and making unsafe lane changes.  When he got close to the intersection where there was construction and the traffic was heavier, he was...

To the store owner

What I'm getting from both the report and your response is that YOU cut in front of her car from the lane to her right. Due to poor grammar on both your parts, it's hard to otherwise understand what went down here.
If indeed you cut into her turn lane in front of her, you made a serious safety violation and indeed deserved her wrathful response, and a ticket.

she made up the rest like the gatti's owner claims. If he just cut her off, who cares. I'm more interested in whether or not the owner engaged in foul language at a customer and flipped someone off. We don't know enough to make a call on whether he deserves a ticket or not.
