Joe panepresso from this company gave my husband a approval for a mortgage . We found a home for under the approval price .He then took our money for a appraisal and we setup a closing date . We were so excieted to move into our first home with our 3 kids and were fully packed kids school was set to be transfered and moneys paid for inspection , truck, movers and ready to go.
