Honestly I'm not sure why people are giving such terrible ratings. This is my roommates and I second year here at Gateway, and we just signed for our third. I've gotten three people to sign and they love it as well. The best part about the complex is management. When you put in a workout it is ALWAYS taken care of within 24 hours. We were show an apartment that was in pretty good shape but when my son went to move in his room smelled like mildew. Also all the furniture had been damaged by a cat. We moved him to a new place as soon as his lease was up!

I've lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease for this coming year. It really is a great place to live. The price is VERY reasonable, which was my biggest deal, its super close to A&M (and Kyle Field) and it looks nice! The staff is very personable, as most are students, and the maintenance is quick and efficient! I love living here and I highly recommend it!
