Gasthaus Eichler is higher end of restaurants in Winter Park. The food is fantastic and they have a great wine list. Relax and enjoy this fine German cuisine for a hearty meal after a day on the slopes. Reservations recommended.

What a terrific meal! The wait staff was great and very helpful while we made our menu selections. My husband has eaten at German restaurants while traveling on business, but I had not. What a treat! We had Kaese Spaetzle for our appetizer, and for our meals had Wienerschnitzel and the Gasthaus Grill Platter. Oh my, was the spaetzle good....
