Two good employees in this store. The rest including there store manager Nick need to go!I will never go back until this happens. How do people think it is ok to be rude to people spending their hard earned money?Just because they don't work hard for their money doesn't mean others don't.

Lots of local glass, well informed/friendly staff. Most of the complaints I've seen of heard about this location is about pricing. If you want a cheap piece go to your local hood's gas station and find something for $5. The majority of the stock Gas Pipe carries are locally blown, as I said earlier, with the rest being a collection of work by reputable artists.

I live local to the gas pipe on Burnet- and i frequent it quite regularly. However the people working there are not helpful at all and treat you like you're the interuption to their lunch break.
I dont expect great service but i deffinately don't expect rudeness.
I know i am not the only one because i met some folks from Georgetown who travelled to this specific store and they had the same complaint...
It's just very dissapointing to have such a**holes working in a pretty cool shop....
Go to Oat Willies- MUCH Better..

Pros

+ Ok size selection of pipes,

Cons

- bad service, very...
