Our furnace went out last night. So we called Garrhs to come by and see what's up. It's only 18 months old.... The technician came by at 5:30 (after hours) and knew exactly what happened. He took the part he needed to replace back to the shop and gave us some space heaters for the night. came back right away the next morning and fixed it in no time. I was not so happy with the service I received from Garrhs, Inc. They were always friendly on the phone and that is why I even gave them a star. I spoke with them on 3 or more occasions trying to organize a time to have them come look at some damage to my heat ducts and they were never able to pull it together to make it out, they eventually never returned my call and I never heard from...

No dumb mentality here. Friendly, knowledgeable, flexible. These guys know how to make it work. Always prompt to respond to service calls and if it has to wait a day or two, they still come over to survey the situation and make an assessment until it can be scheduled for service.
