Unprofessional and a rip off

On the advise of someone I took my car to Garlock for bodywork and paint. When I dropped the car off I asked for the repairs and for some touchup and they said no problem. They said I had to wait 5 days for my car and it took 2 days to get the estimate. On the fifth day I called and asked about my car and they said it would be another 2 days. On the 8th day I went to pick my car up. There was a dog in the office barking and growling at me and my wife's feet for about 60seconds before the office lady got up and pulled it away. She never greeted us. I paid for the repair about 2 hours later...
