Everything needs upgrading. Linens and blankets so old and ratty. No coffee in room or in the evening.

Many locals rent by the week and add diverse atmosphere. The staff are very polite and accommodating . The owner was on site and she is very motivated to insure satisfaction of customer needs.

Wife didn't feel comfortable because of all the people that just hung around outside. Some took chairs and sat outside their rooms smoking. Stains on room chairs, cracks on walls , lights above headboard loose and you bump your head on them because so low and toilet float had problem. Had a 3 day reservation and left after first night.
