Dale Wootton's love of old home-style eateries and gardening come together at the Garden Cafe. Breakfast and Lunch only. We specialize in hearty omelettes, blue plate lunch specials, and everything on, around, or in between.
Come enjoy fresh, always homemade, breakfast or lunch. Enjoy our patio surrounded by the organic garden that we actually harvest from. Good food, good friends.
I travel a lot, and when you don't know where to go, it's rareful to take the good spot. This one was perfect. Thank you :)
Dallas attorney Dale Wootton was growing veggies in his front yard when inspiration hit to open this friendly breakfast-and-lunch joint and do it there instead. Friendly is the vibe and Garden Cafe has become a meeting place for writers and photographers with poetry readings over pancakes and book signings over a BLT.

I had the country boy benedict...the main flavor of the eggs benedict is the hollandaise sauce, however the only resemblance of the eggs benedict on this dish was the eggs. They replace the hollandaise sauce by the white gravy and the english...
Excellent breakfast menu. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the staff. It’s a great place to take out of town visitors to share “real Dallas” with.
Overall very positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds were spectacular and the food was phenomenal. I hope to visit this eatery every time I travel through Dallas.

Really liked this place. It has an Austin vibe to it. You get in line and order your food. I had an omelet with spinach mushroom and cheese. It comes with a biscuit- huge and soooo delish. You choose your side. There are about 8...
