Fixed broken spring in June 2013. Spring broke again in April 2014. Called company to fix again. Told work is not under warranty and full price will be charged for work. Lame. BTW, average...

This company overcharges ($150 spring for $225, $139 minimum labor charge, plus $30 fee just to come out) and deals very unprofessionally with complaints.
