I called on behalf of my elderly neighbor who has a garage door that is probably 40 years old that the spring broke on. I called several repair places and they all said they would have to order the part and it would be about 3 or 4 days before they could come out to give me an estimate. When I called Tom he gave me an estimate over the phone and was at her house within 3 hours (on a Saturday)...

Tom is a great service provider. On a weekend my garage door broke and the very next day I was back in working order. Very flexible and very quick to remedy any garage door problem you might have.
