I love gap and I always get all of my children's clothes there. But this gap specifically is so unwelcoming. I hate to have to leave a bad review but the misery in the air in this place is insane....

Short-staffed. Always long lines and not enough cashiers. Messy. Nobody around to help if you need. Nobody by dressing rooms to unlock them. All that is bearable but the line is always so long....

Oh my. Another sardine can on 86th Street. This Gap is always crowded, and the lines insanely long. They don't have that much of a selection because it is considered to be an outlet store....

This place is legit, the worst! I have had my gap card for years and never had issues with returns until I started going here. Any other gap all you need is your card and they look up the purchase...
