Horrible customer service! Bought a pair of boots 4 months ago the sole of the boots sticking started to come undone my husband tripped and sole ripped! When to return them under a year warranty and they refused said it wasn't normal wear and tear for a hunting boot!I asked if they have ever been hunting? Everyone I spoke to said no! So I asked then how can you say what is normal wear and tear...

Not bad, but it's no Cabela's by any stretch.This is about your best bet for gear in Cleveland. Don't bother coming for pistol ammunition either, but all the rest is in plentiful supply.

This is the place I go for most of my rock climbing gear. They have a wide assortment to choose from, and you can count on good quality products. They also have products for just about any other kind of outdoor activity you participate in. This store is also very organized.
