I loved Gander when we lived in Pittsburgh, this store is ridiculous. There is hardly anyone ever working and if you do find someone to ask for help they just stare at you. I stood at the archery desk looking straight at the guy behind the gun desk and he never even acknowledged I was there. If they don't shape up, I am afraid they will have to close their doors. One of the worst places I have ever been for service and sales. Manager in gun sales is rude and thinks he knows the law but does not.I never got my defective part back or the replacement for it either. And my purchase was a day old. Had to purchase the replacement from the factory.
Save yourself the hassle buy somewhere else. I would not buy a bottle of water from them. I guess when you go to...
