I always drive right past this location to the one on McChord. I actually enjoy talking to the people at McChord while at this location it's a depressing endeavor. Horrible service. Horrible store.

More of a comment to the other review. Skylanders is a little kids games, the staff there are gamers but why would the play a game for 10 year olds? lol

Horrible customer service all around. I call them often for skylanders and the staff is not knowledgeable at all. The guy on the phone said yeah we have a frog looking dude and another robot guy. If you are going to hire a staff for a game store then hire the guys who love games and not the stoners who play a little bit of games. Worst gamestop ive ever been to.
