I went to this GameStop recently and was very happy when I received some of the best customer service I've received. The woman who worked there was really knowledgable about both the inner workings of the rewards program they offer, as well as the games and products they sell. I asked about a game, and they knew all about it. Really cool experience, and I will continue to go to this GameStop.

Most of the people who work here are nice helpful people. The manager on the other hand is completely opposite. I truly felt like I was inconveniencing her when I wanted to buy something. The first time it happened I just let it slide figuring she was having a bad day or something. Next time I went in this store I received the same treatment. She is not helpful.
