I go into the De Pere location probably once a week. Whether I am there to buy 2 new games or sell 2 or 3 used ones, Josh is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He is one of the very few customer service people I've met that actually takes customer service seriously. He should be given a raise...hell, he should be given part ownership of the store! :)...Thank you to Game Stop...

I bought Battlefield 2142 from Gamestop and it didn't work on my PC so I took it to De Pere Gamestop and the girl said she couldn't find anything wrong with it and she said she didn't see any scratches or anything like that so I took it to the Oneida Gamestop and he said it could of been a defected disk and he gave me a new one and it worked fine.
