I??ve been buying stuff from this store off and on for a few years. In addition to the comments about the appearance of the store and the employees on the computers, I have a different complaint. Usually, they have all kinds of figures that I want/need to purchase. Lately, it??s just not the case.

Interesting that all the review focus on customer service? The staff is helpful and can order anything I need and have it there in a week or less. My experience has been nothing short of spectacular service.
