This apartment complex is perfectly located near to AZ mills mall,offices located in East cotton center blvd,gas station, play schools, grocery stores and easy access to Bus stop. Overall good and Safe for families.The common areas are well maintained and the staff are helpful.

Cons- Renovated apts are good but the old one's have lot of issues and the rental amount is very pricey.

This development is decently priced for what you get. The pools are clean but are out of service when idiots break beer bottles near the pool (You aren't supposed to bring glass into that area). The staff does a good job of keeping the place clean and will fix most issues you have quickly. My major problem with the development is inbetween two trailer parks and 2 minutes away from a bad stretch...

This apartment complex is very near to Arizona mills mall.Near to all offices located in East cotton center blvd.easily accessible to Baseline rd grocery,gasoline station.Easy access to Bus stop.This complex has Pool and small children play area
Overall good and Safe bet for families
Only cons i would say is ,now they are charging higher rent for new/renewal of apartment agreement

Great location, perfect amenities

These apartments are walking distance to the AZ mills mall and other stores. Very safe gated community. Pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, and a 24 Hr. Gym. What more can u ask for?! Washer/dryer in unit has made my life so easy! I totally recommend this place!

This place just does was too much... I have had problems with roaches due to a dirty neighbor I put in a complaint and they said they went to look and because they didn't see any roaming around...
