Frank knows his computers and is great at helping you select what you need. We drove there to his place this past saturday and found a cool computer and printer in our price range. He is a great guy.

I am generally not a complainer. Most of my reviews are at least 4 stars. However... I e-mailed you in response to an ad you placed on Craigslist and never received a response. Also e-mailed you directly. So in terms of customer service I'd have to rate you as poor. Sorry... :(
