Would do negative numbers if allowed. Charges filed with the Oregon Bar, and the Disciplinary Committee. G. Victor Tiscornia II was suspended in December 2010, and is currently suspended. The Oregon Supreme Court suspended him. He has not replied to client, attorney, or Oregon Bar communication in well over year.  (Hide)
