Very fast service, I brought my printer in to be repaired and they called me to picked it up the same day. Have not had a problem with my printer since then. Nice people, great service. Would recommend.

I brought my broken printer in and ended up exchanging it for a refurbished printer. Unlike most places where you send it in and wait weeks for it to be sent back, they offered me an advanced exchange where I gave them my broken printer in exchange for a working one at a lower cost than purchasing one. Pleasant people, good experience.
