I have also been trying to reach the service dept. with no answer for a month, no call back or nothing.. Very poor business!!! I purchased my home 10 yrs. ago and have never been happy with the service department...All I can say is Poor, poor, poor, poor service..

Never seen 2x10s that measure 8and 7/8 inches. This is what they used for my floor joists. Lots of shaking when you walk across the living and dining rooms. Dave Bushey says i got what i ordered. I dont think so. Also my carpets look like they have waves in them. They were not stretched. Had a bedroom carpet replaced and it is a different color. Close but not the same. Also all 3 of my doors...
