This woman has burned every bridge she has. She is rude to her customers and employees. She sometimes does not show up for appointments and is never on time. She also did not pay some of her employees and instead ran from her debt.

I've known the owner of this business for over 30 years. Never a problem. She has continued her education to expand into the financial services area per the need of her clients. You will be pleased with them.

I originally started out at budjet tax that was another one owned by this person and these people have kept up the good work without too much additional expense on my 1040es that is being handled much better than liberty tax that charges 3 or 4 times as much for half wit fast food formers that make a poor man rich on paper.g&g is such a relief!

They do not keep the same employees from one tax season to the next, so if you are looking for the same person year after year, you will not get it here. The owner does not show up for her appointments on time, sometimes doesn't show up at all. The owner is very talkative and does not keep information confidential. She is also very rude and abusive to her employees.
