Overall, a very good experience. The owner was very attentive and concerned about quality. After they left, I noticed a few things that were not as thoroughly cleaned as they might have been. I contacted Mr. Resendes and he came back a day later and re-cleaned the area, no hassle or questions asked. I would recommend them for any cleaning project.
