Help us make it rightWith focus on the technique and craft of cooking, graham elliot bistro brings the "perfection of simplicity" to the table. Local, farm fresh ingredients help to provide a seasonal menu paired with hand picked wines, original cocktail creations and craft beers. Chef Elliot's genuine, approachable personality along with his love of food and music is the inspiration for the bistro.

Former Graham Elliot corporate executive chef Merlin Verrier has moved on from GE's company to a position as culinary director of Armonk, NY's Fortina. This news comes nearly three weeks after the shuttering of Primary in Greenwich, CT, where Verrier was the executive chef and partner with Elliot. "My position was pretty much gone now that we only have one restaurant (Graham Elliot Bistro),"...
In honor of Eater's inaugural Five Days of Meat, three Chicago restaurants have created heart-stopping protein-packed special dishes and put them on their menus for just this week. Graham Elliot and chef de cuisine Vinny Alterio have constructed a double whammy of pork at Graham Elliot Bistro.
After six months in business, Graham Elliot's Greenwich, CT restaurant is shuttered. Primary's (former) manager told Patch that "the issue being, it wasn't busy. The investors, the landlord pulled the trigger."
Graham Elliot Bistro continues to follow in the footsteps of Elliot's shuttered flagship. The bistro's menu, which only included dishes $20 and under when it opened, now has two tasting menus. One of them is a Graham Elliot "greatest hits" option: "deconstructed caesar," cheddar risotto, wild salmon, beef stroganoff, and banana split for $75.
The new menu is being executed by new chef Vincent...

Food was excellent! Waitress was amazing and knew the food really well. Made great suggestions for us. Overall the experience was great. Only complaint was the music was super loud.
My new favorite! Outstanding food and just the right potion size.
Five items ordered, five winners. Fresh ingredients, terrific attention to detail. Relaxed atmosphere but first rate service from enthusiastic/friendly but efficient Kali. Loved the cocktails and the wine service. The fresh spring pea risotto was a real winner, as were kale salad, black cod, rabbi schnitzel. My only regret is that we didn't order the full sized banana split instead of the...
For all the hype about Graham Elliott and his restaurant, we found it not to be anything special. The service was good, but the chefs working in the kitchen were just cooking food and it was unimpressive. Too salty and too spicy -- sharing and trying many dishes. No need to go back. Story could have been different if Graham himself was present in his restaurant.
Excellent dining experience from creative tasty food to attentive and knowledgeable service. Only miss was the rabbit. Best dish was the sea bass-amazing!

Great for putting together an eclectic meal of creative sharable bites like calamari with green hummus and venison tartare. Nice weekend brunch and during the warmer months, a fun patio with good tunes.
