Help us make it rightI believe the business name is now Ron's Cobbler Shoppe, same address and phone number. The man who helped me, not sure whether he is the owner, anyways, is always very unpleasant and easily irritated. Instead of explaining how things might or might not work, he raises his voice at you like you asked such silly questions. Quality is not great, he made a mistake on my repair, did not apologize and called me crazy and stupid when i asked for a refund. Will not go back even if service is free!!
I don't know what happened to the first review person, but I liked this Cobbler. He treated me kindly and was very friendly. He did exactly what I wanted and the very next day after I got my shoes back someone gave me compliments on my shoes. So I give this guy props.
Let me say that if i could, I would give this shop a zero star.
I have been to the shop twice. The first time I was there the experience was already not so pleasant. The man at the counter gets impatient easily and many times uses a tone that I dont believe is appropriate towards a customer. I must say he is the grumppiest person I have seen whom I am paying for service. But I thought, his shop is so close to home, and as long as he does the work, that's fine.
