I needed new heel taps put on my boots within 24 hours. This shop was very accommodating and charged me $20, which I consider an acceptable charge for heel taps on short notice.

Dishonest and overpriced. Asked for only two things- replace the rubber end of heels and polish my shoes. Quoted $25 which I thought was high but was already there so decided to have the work...

Poor quality and high prices. I agree with the other two reviews for this shop. Over priced, takes too long and poor quality. I will never go back
