Customer Service Records Show....

Our company offered to exchange the pumps if the customer sent back the ones she stated were faulty.  Our products are not scented by design, so that claim is not true.  When we prompted the customer to return the products, we did not receive them.  There is no record of a signed RMA form nor returned products in the warehouse, so this customer was flagged as potential fraud.  (We can't send...
