Help us make it rightThe company is terrible. When first ordered with my alaska address said shipping was 5.99. Then called to say they had to add more because it was in alaska, which made it almost 40.00. Really wanted the product so said a hesitant yes. When I hadn't received the product for quite a while I called and they said it was on backorder. They hadn't even let me know. Finally received the product and it did not do what it claimed it could do. They said, ""Sorry for the misunderstanding"". Now to get my money back MINUS the shipping, I have to mail it back and yes, PAY FOR THE SHIPPING back to them....

I had a terrible experience with this company. They make up varying stories and lies that they are undoubtedly good at telling to scam their customers. I had purchased a WACOM tablet from them at 120 dollars, and they had already charged my credit card. Shortly after, a lady called me and simply said ""There was an error in pricing. We can't cover the cost for the tablet at that price. You can buy it for 200 DOLLARS though."" I thought that was outrageous so I told her to cancel it....
