Services is the most professional, dependable, and thorough cleaning service we have ever used. Calls with his cleaning schedule a week in advance. Our cleaner, always shows up cheerfully and on time, and she is extremely thorough. Whenever we have a scheduling issue, they are willing to work out an arrangement. His prices are competitive and fair.

Complete Lack of Responsiveness to Problems

We've used Via Maid Services for several years at our Decatur home. However, 2+ years ago they scratched the our cooktop. They agreed to address the problem and committed many, many times to resolve the problem in short order. Apparently they committed to resolve the problem, such as the email excerpt below, just so we would leave them alone....until the next time we bugged them and the circle of broken commitments would continue.
