In the past, I have had fantastic experiences at Future Concepts. Several of my coworkers go there as well and have also had great feedback. However, I had someone different this time and I don't feel like she listened to anything I said. I even asked about product because I wanted to purchase some and she skirted around it, I left without any and I will be calling back today to get schedule...

I am dealing with a tremendous amount of stress in my life and Shanna and the pedicurist and staff were so affirming and supportive as well as doing all they could to ease my stress level for a healing experience. Can not thank everyone enough!

Christy is friendly and personable. She creates a brow that looks natural and shaped just the way I want it. Tint is subtle not fake. She applies a calming lotion to areas that are sensitive. The whole experience is relaxing.
