In Short
This sleek 75-seat restaurant boasts three levels and a 10,000-square-foot patio with bamboo water garden. The industrial decor's concrete floors, metal chairs and railings mix with Asian touches like bamboo place mats… Read More

Three levels and a 10,000 square-foot roof patio. Industrial but with an Asian core. Live music acts are the order of some days but really it’s just all about sexying up a stripped down space. More restaurant than you think but more lounge than club. Half-price Mondays mean you can order twice as much and not feel guilty—we’re talking about food by the way.

Entering Tex-Asian Fuse, you are greeted on one side by a wall of cowboy boots and, on the other, a well-fed Buddha. How appropriate. On the menu, the Tex part makes judicious use of jalapeños, avocados, short ribs and the like, tossed together with bits of Asia like miso, sashimi and edamame. Settle into one of the little dining nooks scattered around the split-level space and start with a...

Business description (3)

Join us Mon-Fri for Happy Hour in the lounge from 4pm-9pm!

Tim McEneny has closed Fuse, a concept the developer felt had run its course. In its place, he plans to install a "very cool burger joint." He also plans to revive his trendy Obar on the rooftop deck.

Only half the people who show up to Fuse on Friday night have tasted the Tex-Asian cuisine. Most come to show off on the 10,000-square-foot pool deck and cool down with a martini. But if you haven't tried the food, do so in the upstairs bar, where you can nosh and be part of the scene at the same time.
