After having been in this store, and talked to the sales people, I really feel they are up front and honest about what they sell. I also overheard them dealing with a customer that did have an issue and they seemed to want to do whatever they could to make it right. I really enjoyed how they were business-like but at the same time relaxed and very much like doing business with friends.

I should have known that it wasn't going to matter about the warranty. You buy it but a dual recliner of mine-bought in March-broke and they say I have to bring it to them to fix. ???? Who lugs their furniture around in a pickup?? I don't even own a truck and certainly can't take it out.
So BEWARE of FFO.

Me and my wife have been doing quit a bit of shopping at furniture factory outlet in Rolla,Mo.We have bought a recliner,a queen size headboard,and now two nightstands and a dresser. The recliner was fine I think this was because it didn't come in a box.The headboard we bought was oh most like the one we picked out but we decided that the little differants wasn't worth the 60 mile trip it would take and the over an hour in time.Now we get home with our nightstands and dresser.The nightstand that was on display was alright but the other nightstand that was in a box and we never got a look at...

Furniture Factory Outlet is a great place to buy furniture. Their prices are great! They have a huge show room in Rolla, with a large selection of recliners, couches, bedroom sets, and miscellaneous furniture. If you are looking for a specialty item, they may not have it. But check back often because their inventory changes frequently.
