The shop is precious, lots of great stuff, and lots of boutique new items as well. Just dont be a consignor here! They have so many consignors and dont care at all about them. For a store that has so many items and so many consignors coming in and out, you would think they would have better procedures in place to communicate with their consignors.

I shop here ALL the time...the only time any of the "workers", as you call them, lack in customer service is when they are crazy busy! Everytime I go in the place is packed with shoppers and consignors dropping things off. You and your cousin obviously went in at a very busy time! The manager is so so nice and her daughter is very friendly. You shouldn't rag on peoples businesses....its not...
