The manager on duty on Sunday was VERY rude. There was 18 of us that ended up taking our money to Sky Zone & Chuck E Chesse instead because of his attitude. It was our first time there and we'll never return.

I think the prices are really reasonable compared to other places. There is so much to do! The food isn't that great, but it's good enough when you're really hungry.

Just want to mention that there really isn't security camera's on Ballocity. So if your child is hurt by a bully its on you the parent /grandparents for not climbing in the 3 story attraction and holding their hand even at age 7 1/2. Just happened yesterday after traveling a long way there. My boy was hurt and I left their thoroughly disgusted.

We had such a great time. They have something for everyone here. My boys had a blast. Go-karting, bumper boats, miniature golf, batting cages, jungle gym, rides, and games. I wish we had one in the South Hills.
