In response to Brendas bad review. She never got back with me! 2-11 I talked to her and she was going to get back with me with her previous policy #, Vin # and fiances name and policy information. The next time she called was 2-18 blowing up on me, I told her I needed the above info and cant issue the policy without it. She then says tear up the check and forget it. I mailed it back to her with a letter stating the auto policy was not issued and the check was enclosed, I wasnt about to tear it up.
If she did in fact have a hard time reaching me why didn't she leave a message for me to call...

Worst insurance agent very rood that I have ever dealt with by the name of Paul He hangs up on his customers. I was going to insure a House and 2 vehicle with this company even sent him the payment .

I was going to insure a house and 2 vehicles with this company even sent the agent (Paul) who says he is a supervisor, (what a bad one,I sent him the payment in full to cover everything. When calling to check on my policy he had not cashed my checks since 2/7/08 here it is 2/18/2008. He does not contact me when I called him He is not in the office. So I have cancelled everything with your company and will find another company, hopefully I will be refunded ""immediately"" What an incovience
