Gayle and Ms Ivy in customer service are awesome. The cable installers were really nice as were the installers inside. They connected all 7 jacks and my internet. Great people.

We just got farmers at our new house. The guys who came out to run the line were great! The guys who came out to hook everything up in the house were horrible!!! But we started having problems with our internet about a week ago and both guys that have come out since have been awesome!!! They have been polite and very sweet! Between the intermittent service failures, the over saturated DSL network, and being forced to pay extra charges to use your own equipment so you can have full control of your home network this service has proven itself to be just like every other rural ISP So what if our service sucks? Go buy it from someone else! Oh wait! There is no one else so I guess you are stuck with us.

Poor internet service. Those crazy people think that you can go into Command/Admin. program and reboot the internet. Common sense tells you that you have to have internet to get online and your programs has nothing to do with it. When the light is out on the box means your internet is down. They even wanted me to take my computer to a computer shop so they could get in the Command/ Admin....
