Hired them for water restoration. We know nothing about the process of water restoration. Two contractors came out, one from the insurance company. Both stated several things that had not been done. No holes drilled in the toe boards. No sheetrock was cut out. Wet carpet never removed. They removed some wet carpet, baseboards, and some blowers were placed. They charged 4,000. I will pay the bill. God has a place for people like this.

This company is formerly Four Seasons Roofing. They kept the initials of the former company, have the same owner, phone number, etc. but will NOT honor the warranties for work done under the other company name. Their web site claims that customer service is important to them, as it should be, but when it comes down to it that appears to be untrue. We spent almost 20,000.00 on our roof and I love it, but when we had some decking seperate from the rafters I called them for repair since it is still under warranty. AMAZING COMPANY! (THANK YOU!)
