Purchased a security system two weeks ago. Half of the screen went out on the monitor yesterday. I didn't have my receipt, I was able to do a swap of the screen only after explaining the cameras were already mounted and I wasn't dealing with all that. I got a little push back at first but ended up getting it exchanged.

Made an online order to pickup in store. It's not ready when I get here and the cashier is "looking for it". Turns out they didn't have the quantity of items that I ordered. So they substituted an item and in this situation it was ok to do so. The fact that I stood at the cashier counter for 15 minutes was not cool though. I don't plan on using their pick up in store feature again.
