They're friendly and helpful. Ambience is chill~~ Not a huge selection for their froyo: blueberry tart, CA tart, cake batter, pomegranate, pink lemonade, cookies and cream, mint and one other...

We had a great visit to Blacksburg and especially the Frosty Parrot. Staff was super awesome, management- amazing! Thanks for all your recommendations! We took your advice and went tubing the next day. So much fun! Would love to visit again! Delish yoghurt!
