Just entering the Frontenac gives you a taste of the historic charm of the building; the columns in front invite you inside an ornately decorated lobby that brings you back to the 1930s. I had searched through many studio apartments in the DC area and none compared to the Frontenac. The lobby is beautiful, the laundry room and rooftop patio amazing, and the apartment spacious, sunny, and welll maintained. Perfect apartment.
