If I could rate 0 stars I would. My boyfriend was going to propose to me on Valentine's Day. We ordered our ring on the 8th with a 2 day delivery date to be delivered on the 12th. It is now the 12th and the ring hasnt even been shipped yet. They are saying it wont even get to us till after noon on Valentine's Day. I called the customer service and they were rude and totally unhelpful. I will...

The store is called Jewelry Depot. I shop there all the time for all holidays birthdays and so on. My experiences every time have been nothing but GREAT!
